The narrative spotlighted the enthusiastic engagement of young adults with generative AI, contrasting with the more cautious attitudes of older generations. Notably, countries with a collectivist culture exhibited greater interest and excitement toward generative AI compared to their individualist counterparts.

The main takeaways include: 29% of young adults and 23% of millenials use generative ai, and the greater the familiarity and usage, the greater the excitement. Males are more familiary and excited about generative AI, while females are more worried. Translation generated the most excitement at 43%, while 71% of respondents said they worried about scams. Brazil, Colombia, India, Mexico and South Korea were more excited overall and less worried about generative AI than Australia, Denmark, France, the UK and Germany.
